I have more than 20 years of experience in Telecommunications industry during this time, I was involved in many huge projects like IP/MPLS network design, IPTv network, NGN Transformation, Mobile/Fix network’s optimization, end to end quality measurements of networks. I spent the last 10 years of this as managerial levels. I worked in many different groups (investment, planning, operation, quality assurance and architecture teams). I currently work as the Director of Innovation & Product and Service Development by following responsibilities.

  • Development of products and services offered to individual/corporate and product lifecycle maintenance
  • Management of software development processes with In-house software development teams & Agile teams
  • Development of digital services (TivibuGo,Muud,e-dergi,arayanıbil…etc)
  • Creating innovative products and services by following innovative technologies and global trends
  • Managing the R & D Center, supporting the Innovation Ecosystem with publishing papers,patents and researchs. University – Endustry Colloboration
  • Management of investment and planning activities such as Unified Communication, Video Assistant Referee, ioT,Smart X(Agriculture,Health,Energy…etc) platform,SIM card, gaming platform, SMS,Wifi,CDN,Radius…etc.
  • Iptv service’s operation, planning, investment and end-to-end architecture activities
  • Adapting distruptive technologies (blockchain, NFT, AI …etc)
  • Process Automations with RPA
  • Mobil payment services infrastracture management
  • Device test, automation and entegration
  • Management of product services ent to end test process

Simultaneously, represent my country as Vice President of ITU (International Telecommunication Union) SG12 and QSDG (Quality of Service Development Group) organizations. I take an active role and contribute to international communication organizations (ITU,ETSI,TIP,ONF). I taught lectures as a part-time lecturer at private and public universities and have international certificates such as CCIE, PMP, and ITIL. I am married and have a child.
